For Multi-Campus Churches

One sermon.
Every campus.
One set of clips.

Multi-site churches often have one teaching pastor and many locations, each with its own Instagram and its own social manager. Sermon Clips turns the sermon into about five vertical, captioned clips once, and every campus posts from the same set.

To be clear about what it is not: Sermon Clips does not make a separate branded set for each campus. Clips come out clean, and each campus adds its own logo in a couple of minutes.

The multi-campus clipping problem

One sermon, several campuses, several social calendars. Doing the clip work by hand gets heavier with every location you add.

Every location adds editing

Cutting, reframing to vertical and captioning by hand takes a volunteer's afternoon. Do it for a central team and then again for each campus and Sunday's content is stale before it posts.

Small campuses have one volunteer

A satellite campus often has a single person running social. Starting from a raw hour-long recording is the step that makes them skip a week.

Campuses that preach in another language

A Spanish-language or Korean-language campus needs captions in the language it preaches in, not English captions on a sermon it never heard.

How multi-campus churches can use Sermon Clips

Sunday at the central campus, clips in your inbox within minutes, every campus posting from the same set. Here is the workflow.

1

Upload Sunday's sermon

Drop in the central campus livestream recording, or paste the YouTube link. One recording feeds every campus that shows the same message.

2

The AI finds the moments once

It reads the transcript, checks the video frames and picks about five moments. You review one list, not one per campus.

3

Clips are cut, reframed and captioned

Each moment becomes a vertical 9:16 clip with speaker tracking and word-timed captions in the language the sermon was preached in.

4

Send the clips to each campus

Clips land in your dashboard and your email. Download them and hand the set to each campus's social manager.

5

Each campus adds its own finish

A logo, a link in the bio, service times in the post. The logo takes about two minutes in Canva or CapCut, and a saved template per campus makes it a routine.

Step-by-step for the logo: how to add your church logo to a clip.

What works for multi-campus networks

Practical habits, not product features. The clips are shared; the local finish is yours.

One template per campus

Build the logo overlay once in Canva or CapCut, name it after the campus, and reuse it every week. Each clip is drag, drop, export.

Put the local call to action in the post

Service times, the address and a link in the bio belong in the post text. You can change them any week without re-editing a video.

Lead with different clips

If your followers follow more than one campus, have each campus lead with a different clip from the set so nobody sees the same one twice in a row.

Captions in the campus's language

A campus that preaches its own sermon in Spanish or Korean uploads that recording and gets captions in that language. Nothing is translated from the central campus's sermon.

Share the small-group material

Every sermon also comes with a printable packet: a cleaned transcript, sermon notes, a five-day devotional, key quotes and discussion questions. Small-group leaders at any campus can use it.

Online campus posts from the same set

The online campus needs no special setup. It posts from the same clips, with its own logo and link added the same way.

What you get, and what you do not

One upload, about five clips

The AI analyzes the sermon once. Every campus posts from the same vertical, captioned set.

Captions in the preached language

Each sermon is captioned in the language it was preached in. A Spanish-language campus uploads its own recording and gets Spanish captions.

Clean clips, no watermark from us on paid plans

Nothing is layered over your pastor, so each campus can add its own logo without covering ours. Free clips end with a short sermon-clips.com card.

Adjust any clip

Move the start or end, pick the framing, change the caption size, position or highlight color, and re-render that one clip. Three re-renders per clip.

The printable packet

Cleaned transcript, sermon notes, a five-day devotional, key quotes and discussion questions, printable for each new sermon.

Not included: per-campus profiles

No per-campus logos, intros, outros, brand colors or logins. If you need those built in, Sermon Clips is not the right tool yet.

One set of clips for every campus

Your first two sermons are free, no card. Run this Sunday's message through it and see whether the clips are ready to hand to your campuses.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many campuses does Sermon Clips support?

There is no campus setting, so there is no campus limit to hit. One upload makes one set of clips, and any number of campuses can post from it. Sermon Clips does not keep a separate profile, logo or login for each campus.

Can each campus have its own logo on the clips?

Not inside Sermon Clips. Clips come out clean, with no logo, intro or outro added, and paid clips carry nothing from us. Each campus adds its own logo after download in a free editor like Canva or CapCut. Save one template per campus and it is a drag, drop and export. Our guide at /features/branded-sermon-clips walks through it.

Can different campuses get different clip lengths?

Clip length is a setting for each sermon on the upload screen on paid plans. It is not stored per campus. Adjust also lets you move the start or end of any single clip and re-render it, up to three times per clip.

What if a satellite campus preached a different sermon than central?

Upload that campus's recording as its own sermon. It gets its own clips, captioned in the language it was preached in. Nothing is translated, so a Spanish-language campus gets Spanish captions for its own Spanish sermon, not a Spanish version of the central campus's English one.
